I seem to find the best luck with properties around the 20k-25k range, still great cashflow but I don't have to pack heat when I collect rent.

I just thought I should explore the possibilities before we just pack up and move, most likely, to another rental in June and if I'm going to present anything to the landlord then I need to do it sooner rather than later.Best!

We still camp in our toy hauler and are doing an RV trip in a rented Class C in a couple weeks but the month or two on the road just isn't feasible with my employment and the kids schedules but some day . . .Welcome!
