Actually I'm not 100% sure what to do so I would like others opinions.We finally got to a point where we can pull $70,000. cash out of our primary home. 

If you provide free WiFi and your tenants use it for illegal purposes (child porn) don't be surprised if you get pulled into the investigation.

Seems like the only thing that does the trick for me is to use a very soapy washcloth in the shower while being as gentle as possible to my skin.

Almost invariably, those individuals say the one's who get it done are those who "jumped in", "grew a pair", or "pulled the trigger".

Now that I've essentially achieved my goals, I'm ready to get back into the real estate game as I sell my current home and pull out my equity which would give me plenty to throw down a few down payments.  

Thanks to BP I have a great team/network established and am soon pulling the trigger on my first bundle of properties.

If properties appreciate the equity in them is also underutilized if you don't pull it out and deploy it to higher-yielding projects.  

I was doing pretty well to begin with, but if I can use my marketing experience to pull even one deal like this a week my life is changed.

I would like to try something like cozy or something else but have not pulled the plug.

At this point I am still learning but I would like to pull the trigger on a duplex for my first investment by house hacking.
