We are developing retail centers in Southern California and would like to attract national tenants by connecting to those who are representing national franchises specially restaurants or retails.

Would a restaurant stay in business if they sold a T-bone steak for the price of a grilled chicken sandwich?

The areas we stayed at in Santa Fe NM, Branson MO, Nashville TN, Gatlinburg TN, Charleston SC, Inlet Beach FLall were packed, restaurants were busy, traffic was heavy and beaches were filled with frolicking familes.Now, I can't speak for where we didn't go, crime infested Seattle WA, crime infested San Francisco CA, Memphis, St Louis, Chicago, New Orleans LA, Atlanta GA, you know, the usual hell holes.STRs good in nice places, STRs not good in crime infested places.

That could potentially be income from September to the end of January if you catch Archery Season for deer, and then finish out with bird hunters through January....I've seen a lady do this successfully in Scott City where I hunt a lot - she took an old run down hotel built in the early 1900's on main st - put a restaurant in downstairs, then slowly one by one remodeled the old rooms and turned them into furnished apts -- luckily for her she started doing this at the start of the oil boom we just had, and it coincided with a couple wind farm projects going on around there.  

Look, if you got to a restaurant and order dinner for the family and everything comes except 1 thing, do you just shrug and say "oh well"?
