Hello,

My name is Doug Baj and I'm excited to jump in to BP Nation. I have been away from the real estate profession for about 10 years and would love to get back in.  Recently, I've been pretty successful opening several restaurants in the DC area and now have the time and resources to begin investing in real estate. I have a few buy & hold properties in Mass. that I'm renting, but am looking to jump into the hot DC real estate market. I am anxious to learn from the BP community -- especially those who are making it work in the DC metro area -- the art and skill of finding great deals in a very tight and competitive market. I'm looking forward to connecting with and learning from as many of you as possible. Thanks for your time.

Doug
