I felt this land would be attractive for a stick built sf, or as a mobile home site as this area has no restrictions forbidding Single or double wide trailers.

Hey guys,I recently had an offer accepted on a foreclosed double wide manufactured home on it's own land in a condo community.

Specifically, I am looking for Realtors that have been involved in wholesales - assignments of contract and double (same day) closings, as well as purchase, flip and fix investmentsAny suggestions? 

I just spoke to Barrister Title and they said they only to double closings and they don't do dry closings.

Hi i wanted to start wholesaling and before i dive into it i just wanted to know if there is any title companies in my area that deal with wholesaling deals and know about double closings and assignment fees and what not.
