I'm personally in a VA loan so I get the same high volume of junk mail, invariably they just put the P&I payment, not the full PITIA.

When I run an ad and get several dozens and of applicants trying to get my place daily all those metrics go out the window to me because no matter what there is always a huge amount of the population that need to rent and it’s increasing .appreciation is great but I’d rather have the tenant pay my house off in two-three years and get big cashflow .
