It sucks that all of this is happening to you but I have to say I enjoyed reading through this post.

While I enjoy learning, I hate being tied down for large periods of the day and working for "the man."

I've heard about the efficacy of bandit signs and yellow letters, but I feel as though my time would be best spent and enjoyed by focusing my marketing budget on the web?

I really enjoy the commercial aspect of real estate, but understand that is not a good place to start.
