I'd recommend starting with the vast amount of resources here on BP before you make a decision to purchase any additional training material or programs.

Right now I am looking at Aker CM-60 fiberglass for around $420Aker ACCTS-3360 acrylic for around $800Delta 226032AL00 "Acrylic" $500 (although I've heard that it is just an acrylic layer over other material).Any suggestions of different units or recommendations of things I should be avoiding?

And its somewhat market driven.. like @Christopher Brainard was talking about I suspect he did a flip that was north of 1 million or more retail.. and you would expect that kind of return..

hello I am a young, driven investor just starting off in wholesaling..

I am a new member to the bigger pockets community but have been reading and listening to BP material for a number of months now.  

It would be a good material to start with.

We're competitive people that like that a challenge and are driven to see a project through. 

I was looking for a flooring material that looked good, would last until our son was moving out, and hold up to him and all his friends if they happened to come in with their gear on!  

It isn't a material defect.

Its not the easiest material to grasp either.
