I've read in multiple guru books how beneficial it may be to become a realtor while in the pursue of becoming a full time REI.

Anybody know of a good book or course which teaches you how to conduct research at the courthouse?

The books say the take 1/2 hr to complete but It usually take me more like 2hrs not including the time for going to the property and taking the photos- I am pretty thorough and I don't make things up...I have heard that others have "scripts" and just cut and paste- so they cut the time.

I had been reading books, researching online for about 4 months.

I really love real estate, I've been studying and looking at REI books for a good 5 years, and I like the prospect of working in the business.

Read books, attend club meetings, speak with mentors, and work with professionals who have a proven track record!
