I'll warn you...it's like a fire hose of information and at times it's almost overwhelming.

Hopefully we will get some warning signs early enough to pivot when the market starts going sideways in those areas.

What are some good warning signs to tell the difference between a solid investor and a potential scam?

During the buying process we were warned and it proved true that you wanted to avoid being south of Michigan Ave. there is also a college there Eastern Michigan (my target) and it was helpful to be nearby.

I gave him a couple day warning (and a month potential warning before I had scheduled it), but the noise is maddening and it can only be worse for him.After a big inconvenience like that, do you guys do anything like a rent discount or am I just overthinking this?

Just wanted to post a warning out there they have a demo version and if you forget to unsubscribe they'll just continue to take your money.They also don't make it easy to unsubscribe, you need to contact them and have a human do it.Pretty shady business tactic IMO.

I am not afraid to spend money on a course, but I don't want to be fleeced by one of the "guru's" @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner always warn about on the BP podcast.
