Sorry,  this posted in error while trying to work with BP tech to help make my app work. 

I inherited a coulple of bad ones and I am going through my second eviction, but after I get rid of the bad apples, I think it will be much better.  

I plan on writing a post quantifying the change, but I won't have enough data for another 5 or 6 months(I'm billed quarterly for water, and apples-apples can be tough when you've had tenant turnover,) so stay tuned.

This is why you need TWO prior residences - - the one two locations back has no need to expel the bad apple and will tell you the truth.

You can see a comparative sheet I used to bring them to an apple-to-apple comparison when I was looking for something like this 2 years ago.

@Chris Clothier it was in Clarke street close to apple blossom drive.
