I think for now were going to invest in a property with a down payment with little to no rehab and then save up to start BRRRR's, we need to get our feet wet first.thanks for the input

For example, often fire damage is water damage--they put the red stuff out with wet stuff.

I mean, I know I have to get my feet wet in this business to be educated.But, what if you're broke and starting out in this business.

I am also a WO just getting my feet wet.

Since our government bailed out cough took over in receivership Fannie and Freddie in the last crash we are still selling most or 88% of the loans in the US are backed by our taxes. 

Is this something that would interest people or maybe a first time investor to help them get their feet wet.

And I too know that this decision was a FOMO moment, but my feet are wet and I'm still swimming rather than sinking.  

Any sane adult should know there are dangers to riding a horse, drinking and climbing into a hottub, walking on a wet tiled floor, and eating hotdogs.It's a sad world we live in where personal responsibility has been disposed of.
