Hello everyone! I just wanted to know how slow can I make money in real estate?

Also, I wanted to know who is the best real estate funding company that I can use? Any referrals? Any Advice? I am asking these question because, I might come across some clients that may ask me these questions when they come to the table? So, I am preparing myself ahead of time before I do make a deal. And I wanted to if anyone is willing to work with me so I can build my network of friends or partners? Do deals on any type of property that is out-there. Thanks!

If you buy the wrong property, in the wrong location, at the wrong time, for the wrong price & terms, you could lose money ... is that slow enough for you? Don't worry about how fast or slow, just make sure it is a good deal and take as much time and effort as it takes to educate yourself, find and recognize one of those. Good luck!
