I can tell you from just being on this site for a couple of weeks, it's loaded with a wealth of information and whenever I have had a question (which I still have a million), someone has given me the answer.  

The weight could cause problems down the road.  

@Douglas Skipworth  that my friend is a terrible way to deal with scammers.. filing a complaint with any DRE in any state is usually done very quickly down load complaint form fill it in and sign and mail it in..

Most of the time you’ll find a ‘Compliance Certificate’on the inside of a kitchen, utility room, or bathroom cupboard.It lists the manufacturer and date constructed appliance information, electrical data, wind and snow load rating, and other details.Very nice to be sure exactly what you’re looking at.
