Hello, my name is Peggy and both my husband Robert and I are retired from our careers but are anxious to re-enter the residential rehab business.  Robert owned and operated his excavation and septic business in Quebec Canada for 30 years.  I successfully invested in and flipped distressed properties in NW Ohio during the late 80's and early 90's.

We joined Bigger Pockets to learn techniques for little or no money down financing.  We also are looking to learn from other members who are flipping properties and have experience working with financial investors and construction professionals and can advise on methods to find properties with profit potential.

Peggy, welcome to Bigger Pockets.  My husband and I are also brand new investors here in central Florida.  I can tell you from just being on this site for a couple of weeks, it's loaded with a wealth of information and whenever I have had a question (which I still have a million), someone has given me the answer.  More then not, several people answer so ask away and spend time reading what members are talking about and you will see for yourself how helpful this site really is.  Welcome again!
