we get say 30 loans.. by the time we are paying off loan 24.. the final lots are all paid for.. bank feel more secure getting advanced payoffs and we get whopper proceeds checks on the last 6 houses.. :)

So even though we can go and use fha again as owner occupied we are stuck waiting for at least 6 months because most lenders will not do the loan with fear of it being rejected by the underwriter.

Otherwise they are running the risk of getting fined by the city and/or people taking it lightly and starting to keep junk or non-working items on their premises and eventually turning the park into a car junk yard.With that said, i don't think any reasonable manager  would refuse a request to postpone this by a couple of weeks (if that's what we are talking about).
