Building a good team is vital in this business.  

Patience is definitely vital in NJ.

There are different accepted ways of measuring square footage, from the exterior footprint of the habitable space to only the square footage of the interior living space.  

Then it becomes easier because now they become habits.

What have you done to begin your journey in educating yourself to learn the procedures, habits, and pitfalls to avoid in your new found real estate business?

Before I took the leap, my goal was to payoff everthing I wanted..homes, cars, boats and toys as well as got myself into paying charge cards off at the end of each month (good habit to have).

after repair market can mean property is just habitable going from boarded up windows to having running water and safe to turn on electricity.

Your daily expenses, your shopping habits, ... etc.2.

Go in the office everyday, make that a habit.

I'm open to all advice from some of you experienced guys as to what I can do or some habits I can develop to give me an edge.
