Thanks @Kelly N.I did get that far and there was so much "busy-ness" on the pages it turned into a time consuming effort in the search.Using the filter options helped some and I did find 2 properties but there should be some sort of "ordering by column or field" so those items jump immediately to focus.Thank you for answering and have a great day.

How many deals are you getting per mailings and how many calls are you getting from the same effort? 

As the title indicates I currently live in South Jersey, but plan to focus my real estate efforts in Wilmington, Delaware where I already own one single family rental and for some reason that I can't fully explain like the market and opportunity there so I have decided to stay in that market...for now. 

I'm wanting feedback or suggestions on how to get a deal done by owner occupied or is it even worth time effort. 

I liked the fact that their efforts were supported by a place on Home Depot's referral system, as opposed to my leaving messages on someone's phone, not knowing if I'll ever hear back...

I don't currently sell really high end homes, but I started slowly from the bottom up thru my personal network and some marketing efforts.
