I am scheduled to go see a property of theirs tomorrow and the person responding to the emails told me to say im their manager's business partner.

In fact, it's a usually big red flag when someone has an aggressive move in date like "I need to move in tomorrow" or "ASAP".

I texted them again today about tomorrow's delivery, they said no, they "feel very uncomfortable with people being in the house while they are away".
