I honestly thought it was a shot in the dark but worth a shot to try was just trying to speed things up a bit because truly 1k isn’t a lot to begin with

My STR has ~$500-600k worth of equity so I could cash-out refinance but the current mortgage rate is 3% and I would hate to lose that to today’s rate.Any thoughts?

I am wondering what are your thoughts on the Louisville market.

Before I give you my thoughts, just some quick context/background on me: I currently own 160 rental units. 

A lot of details to work out here, but that's the general thought. 

ie finding cleaners, setting up messaging, getting 5 star reviews, staying booked, finding the right property…Comment what you thought has been the hardest part in the start of the process!

I've thought about that option to rent my current if I can find another primary.

I am hoping for some advice on things I may be missing from my thought process.
