Many times my contactors call for big orders from Home Depot or Lowes so I can pay with credit card over the phone.Is there a way to get an account with HD or Lowes so they can put supplies on it?

I have worked for all five years with the same company, which is called CAPREIT.

They make like a guy with one to ten rental houses can show positive Cash Flow from them by paying full price for service calls and repairs.

our county has an online GIS system that has all owners names and addresses. you could call the county it's located in and see if they have that system too. makes it super simple to look up all details.

I have patlive screening my calls, and every caller that didn't just tell me to go F myself, I called back and made a verbal offer to based on the numbers I was told to use here at BP in addition to some of my own assumptions.I make cash offers by a CMA to get ARV.  

Although I had originally purchased as a buy and hold, I made a few repairs and got a call from a local investor interested in making a deal.

I had a few calls with them and they are knowledgeable about the passive income market and I believe an honest company.
