@Scott Heiman a couple of thoughts. 1) to "mention" someone, type the @ symbol and then the first three letters of their name.

Paid retail for all three and all three were cash flow negative.

If you are a wholesaler in Southwest Michigan between Grand Rapids and Three Rivers, out to Lake Michigan and over to Battle Creek...

If you have any sort of plan in your head then that can sufficient dependent upon how your mind functions.

I will cut back on my work hours (if I can) during the month of March and half of April study real estate and complete the "home inspection courses" need to become Certified.My entire drive for real estate is not only to have long term retirement income but to own my one foam filled penalized factory, then to construct fast built home in which a home is 100% competed in one to three weeks.  

Before I list the financials, I'd like someone to answer: When a balloon payment comes up, and assuming I have these properties producing for me, will a commercial lender open a loan for all three together?

It turns out they got three other offers over the weekend, so making a conditional offer probably would have hurt our chances anyway.  

After I'm completely done, it should be three times the purchase price.
