I'd love to find a small multifamily deal, but I'm trying to stay in the sub $100k range.

If I put down 15% they will stay cash flow but won’t be a ton extra.

I stay away from Darby Borough personally but know people to love it.

Compared that to a city that has not passed regulation, but I am hoping and praying my STR can stay...a well....STR.We personally don't allow people to stay in our properties more than 2 weeks.

However, if the husband stops paying (he said he's not staying in the unit most of the time), I will most likely end up with an eviction.

If that is not your real intention but you're just staying there awhile to qualify that is not what the loan is intended for.     

I looked at the appreciation of the houses and most in the Warner Robins area stay flat.

Worst thing for me would be the review that says “it was great and I even got to check-in early.”I don’t blame anyone for asking but if I respond like a business, they treat the rest of the stay like a business transaction too.

That equates to $600 per year and they want to stay additional years.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it was 6 months or more though
