It's a mix of on demand videos, live Q&A sessions, and a step-by-step curriculum to help you get your first deal.

If you don't know how to do this there are tons of youtube videos about it.

I'm sure modeling and making YouTube videos are not the only two circumstances.

Visits may be recorded with video and/or photographs for office records.

I would also start to look at a lot of video about underwriting.

That way you don't have to risk the extra capital on furnishing and marketing the property, as you'll have most of that done already (who doesn't have a few good photos of their home and doing a video takes just an afternoon after cleaning day!

Do not do any work until you get a video and pics done.
