Hello BP and perhaps more specifically,my fellow newbies.

Any specific neighborhood you're interested?

I'm interested in growing my portfolio and moving into the commercial market, specifically multi-family.  

I believe there needs to be an attractive rationale for the investor to invest in a pool of investments rather than a specific investment.  

From what I'm seeing, you still haven't picked out specific criteria you are looking for.

Should I just randomly pick a few cities in the midwest and work with a realtor, or are there some suggestions on specific cities and resources to help hone in?

I know the rules on syndication is very complicated and very specific but I don't know what constitutes the difference.

Do you suggest working through a Real Estate Specific CPA or have you ever looked into the Wealth Strategist CPA's such as ProVision or FinanceCAPE?

Deck is it above ground,, so it's hanging over... or is it on the ground,,,I'd check with zoning to find out what are specifics for building a deck how far from lot line can structure be located or can over hang...and see if permits were pulled by that property owner and if it was inspected and signed off.. 

They signed a document, outside of some very specific situations (military deployments, imprisonment, etc.) their legal obligation is absolute.
