The crooks just shut the power off then steal your tools and materials... then and camera system.

Covid-19 shows up and starts shutting everything down.

The driveway has concrete walls on each side which prevent the gravel trucks from delivering and spreading it for me, trust me, I didn't want to do this lol.Today was landscaping and some little things such as trim work and some work on natural gas pipes (putting on shut off valves, connecting the cook stove, etc.)

The back kitchen door was my private entrance but they changed those locks and there was a door separating my half of the house from the kitchen but they deadbolted that shut so I couldn’t get into the kitchen at all. 

Sales is about listening and we have two ears and one mouth so shut up for half the time and listen to what other have to say.

Good question - I remember a couple years ago the outer banks lost electricity for an extended period of time and people were getting calls not to come so this isn't that far fetched.On the personal lines Vacation / Short Term Rental policy I have not seen that it covers loss of income from something off site like the power being out, water shut off, etc which is what I think you are referring to. 

My first property manager in KC his company once didn't pay the gas bill so the whole building didn't have hot water and the other time they didn't pay the water bill so the water got shut off.

That usually shuts them off.Agents will try to use you and will probably bury you in a pile of junk.

The county has shut down access to two of them and they are not allowed to be rented until at least May.
