The price difference seems to roughly be 200k vs 500k based on what I've looked at.What do you do if all of a sudden you can't swing your monthly payments?

I have a team of cold callers from a company I found, it's only $6/hr and they have their own script, and then I also created a texting platform to be able to mass text people, seems to be working well.

The area is pretty old as most homes were built in the 1970s BUT they seem to be well-kept and have an HOA.

I have two tenants that pay through etransfers (again seems to be a Canadian thing, but it is through the banks) and one who gives me postdated checks once a year so I have everything on the first of the month.

hey Danielle thanks for responding, so i looked up the zoning for the area where the property is and it came back as residential high density which i believe is what i am looking forso is that based off 1 unit/ per a certain amount of space such as a half an acre or less I'm happy to know some one has done the conversion, the illegal apartments seem like lawsuits waiting to happen
