I have my own personal website which uses the internet access protocol from my local MLS (it's called IDX, and that is how the aggregators pull their data also) but is hosted by a third party, so the features are not anywhere near as robust as the large aggregators offerings.I believe Zillow is involved in some litigation with the State of Texas currently regarding their "Zestimate."

The postings may not be any more legible than others, due to the mass information pulling, but our listings are always optimized within the site and/or external search engines.

I have the number of a engineer I may call. the house has a few other issues to like an oil tank in the ground. all this needs to be factored in to the purchase price. 

Being an engineer, I could imagine how difficult, well, maybe not that factor, how expensive it will be to build that. hehe.

We already spoke with the county about this and got some initial quotes from several engineering companies.

fully vetted the student housing sounds like a money maker to me.I know landlords in Silicon valley that put 2 engineers to a room.. this way they can make 1 million dollar 4bd SFR's cash flow.. they charge 1k to 1,200 per person... of course these are young apple engineers so probably pretty good tenants.

If it can be engineered in a semi controlled manner, that would be ideal  but usually when a country goes through hyperinflation it's pretty chaotic, and hard to control.
