@Justin Phillips Yes the order of events that they go by is 1) Automated desktop appraisal and if that doesn't come back with the number you expect then... 2) They hire an appraiser to do a drive by, snap a few photos, and pull 3 comps.

EVER.It's a total waste of your time and I can tell you, having received my fair share of these emails, that most serious investors won't even respond.There's only one thing serious cash buyers respond to: an actual, quality cash deal.Get yourself one of those, and then send that to whatever list you were going to send this "buying criteria" email.I guarantee you'll earn the respect of those cash buyers and set yourself far apart from all the wholesaler wannabes.
