@Justin Phillips Yes the order of events that they go by is 1) Automated desktop appraisal and if that doesn't come back with the number you expect then... 2) They hire an appraiser to do a drive by, snap a few photos, and pull 3 comps.

@Derek Snyder Step one is to take detailed photos of all damage, drugs, dirty items.

On a different note, I've tried uploading my profile photo multiple times (using different WiFi and trying different computers and internet browsers), but still no luck.

Why WOULD they truly treat it  respectfully ?  

At the least, I could drive by, take some photos, and check on any properties you might have.
