Trying to figure out how to advertise this special feature when we go to sell.

If we allow a space heater, it must be the type that doesn't have exposed elements, have a tilt-switch safety feature, must be plugged into a suitable outlet/circuit, and must have proper clearance around it.

I suppose there is a minimal possibility that the certificates will remain outstanding long enough for me to foreclose the properties but that is so remote that I am not counting on that in any way.

And unlike so many "products" discussed on here, incredibly feasible without features that are detrimental to the borrower. 

He unlocks remotely, and people pick them up and drop them off all over San Francisco, sorta like a free-for-all zipcar service. 

Given the high barrier of entry in California I'm thinking of investing remotely in Michigan.
