Note there is absolutely no exemption for very small operators.The CSBS is stating orally that chattel lending on manufactured homes is not subject to these proposals, but we have all seen how that went with the SAFE Act and the Dodd-Frank Act where the same oral assurances were given to MHI.For those of you with your head in the sand about getting compliant with state and federal laws, regulations, and rules, please note the CSBS states the current rules (which you are ignoring) aren't strong enough.

Point being, it was all theory, and NOT real life experience.I feel I am part of your group now (just joined), but it is a pint I strongly feel is important.We have changing environments, sellers are not pushovers and trying to get too over the-top creative will end you up in court in a bad way.Sorry I got off your point.

On top of it, my target market would be starters/couples, and in the good neighborhoods they can only afford an apartment below the regulated threshold.... (1500 eur or so, which gets you a 65m2 apartment I'm the hot rental market).Den Haag seems indeed more attractive than in 2009 when we bought our place there.
