I have stayed at STRs in a few places where the owner email is their full name, but I am not sure if this is required.

I’ve been speaking with agents and have been added to some of the auto generated emails for properties within our criteria but haven’t been able to find the type of agent who has a real tenacity for the short term rental market.

Sounds like you’ve got some great properties by the way.For anyone following this, I emailed the city’s STRO department with a few questions and they were actually really responsive and helpful. can’t link it here, but it’s on the San Diego website 

I would send your tenants an email as well as mail them the same letter.
