Best way to introduce new owner (me) to legacy tenants?

My wife and I just closed on a condo in Albuquerque. There are legacy tenants, paying below market rents, in the unit for the next two months. I want to both introduce ourselves to them and also highlight their upcoming end-of-lease date. I was going to send an email to them but am wondering what's the best way to word this.

Thanks!

Hey @Paul OBryan, congrats on your newest purchase!  I would send your tenants an email as well as mail them the same letter.  you will want to give them your contact info and tell them where to pay their rent.  I would wait and send a separate email reminding them their lease is almost up.
