I have been looking closely at the Rapid City market as a strong potential focus for the coming year.

I chose this location because Rowan University has been expanding rapidly over the past 5-10 years and off-campus student housing is always in demand.

It does have a desk fee of $85/month, but all offices are virtual, so you can speak with a broker at anytime if you need assistance.it’s also worth noting that eXp is a global brokerage, so should you decide to get licensed in other states/countries, you would not need to go to another brokerage. eXp has a commercial division that is growing rapidly and has a strong community that could be useful for you and your business.

I will definitely start going to many more networking events here in Grand Rapids.

Do not get me wrong, there is a STRONG case to be made to preserve the culture and not push out neighborhood natives with increasing taxes that accompany gentrification as the land values rapidly go up.

I have a 1.35 acre lot with an old 3/2 trailer on it in a rapidly growing part of south GA with a motivated seller.

If everyone was required to have a Health Savings Account from birth, with a major medical policy, insurers were allowed to sell in all states, and we had high risk pools, the problems would go away very rapidly.
