Rapid City Market Insights
Good Evening Everyone!
I have been looking closely at the Rapid City market as a strong potential focus for the coming year. I would be looking to purchase 2 to 3 long term rentals in the area and am hoping to connect to investors in the area that may be able to provide some insights as to potential areas to avoid, experiences in the market to date, etc. Any recommendations on local realtors and/or Property managers would be welcomed as well!
I have had family in the area and long term I do plan to move there in the next 5 years or so. I have spent a decent amount of time there and occasionally travel there for work so I have a decent lay of the land but would love some local insider information.
