It’s a third story addition, which is no petty construction task, so if you are the GC of record, you are gonna have to start making phone calls to insurance providers to see IF they’ll insure you as an unlicensed entity.

I believe if you try to sell a house that is built before 1978 you have to provide a led based amendment saying that you are aware or not that the house is lead free.
