@Ran Fridman the main issue most owners run into early on is that whatever tool they are using for accounting isn't robust enough for tax time.

Ask the inspector how they do their reports and see if they can provide you a sample.

It's not always the case, but many property managers will provide a discount if you bring them a portfolio to manage—something to keep in mind moving forward.

It’s a third story addition, which is no petty construction task, so if you are the GC of record, you are gonna have to start making phone calls to insurance providers to see IF they’ll insure you as an unlicensed entity.  

I believe if you try to sell a house that is built before 1978 you have to provide a led based amendment saying that you are aware or not that the house is lead free.

I would have inlcuded in the scope of work they need to provide temporary access OR had them work double shift to get it done faster.
