Apartment tenants are renters and tend to see an apartment as a temporary solution, while MHP tenants own the MH and tend to have more of a homeowner mentality. 

Unless you are a PE/Development shop who makes money off fees and the promote, there are a lot of issues when you run the business as a smaller syndicator that I avoid. 

They are not allowed to 'self promote' here but I will give a shout out to @Steven Hamilton II who commented here, as well as @Brandon Hall and @Amanda Han who are all active here on BP, and I believe all have experience in what you are talking about.

I did this for about 9 months and quickly got promoted to a road driver apprentice.

Each deal done bumps up your experience mentally and also proves that you can close to others.

That is mentally impossible, IMHO. 

Nothing is guaranteed so all you can do is play the game based on today but mentally prepare for whatever may happen, which is really hard.
