It does seem like investing in a multi-family at some point is the way to go, mostly because, from what I understand, I can qualify for more financing (in addition to using my home's equity) for that type of vehicle (as opposed to w/ a SFH) based on the potential rental income of a 5+ unit building.

The currency exchange rate is very attractive right now, it is almost 4 to $1, and while it is not possible to predict precisely the currency movement, most likely the dollar will get weaker and polish zloty get stronger, by looking at the history.

If you lease and then decide to purchase after the lease period, well, you just bore the brunt of its Depreciation AND you don't have any equity when you start the loan from scratch.I've found the best way to purchase a vehicle is either Memorial Day (for some reason I'll never understand) or the end of the year.

If it is a new lease you may be able to sell the vehicle and do a buyout of the lease.
