Can anyone recommend any of the following professionals to talk with in Houston, TX? Primarily looking for these professionals to have experience in commercial (apartment) real estate:

-CPA (specifically looking for tax professional to discuss implications for setting up a real estate partnership vehicle)

-Commercial Real Estate Lawyer (professional who is an experienced commercial RE transaction professional, would be good to have an understanding of private capital raising)

-Commercial RE Lender
