Zillow has a neat feature that will show homes that are in preforeclosure on the map in the same manner that it'll show current homes for sale.

Always remember to do a math analysis on your selected possible property and try to look at it before you make an offer on the selected property or at least have a clause in the sales contract that will allow you some time (about 15 days) to inspect the property and possibly get out of the deal without much of a penalty that won't hurt you.Just select what is normal for that neighberhood and do not over-rehabilitate.  

Or should I just list it myself "for sale by owner" on free sites?

They are designed to gain wealth only for the fund companies and brokers (sales guys).

Hi everybody, there is a duplex for sale in my area for 90k with an unfinished basement.

Can you split the proceeds from a SF home sale into 2 down payments on properties of equal or greater value?

The appraiser found the hud tag on the i-beams when he did his inspection.This was never disclosed either before or after signing the purchase & sale agreement and nothing was said about it in the building inspection.So a few questions:1.  

It has lead to my first 2 deals and I currently have another short sale under contract for my 3rd this year.
