A lot of this stuff is brand new and people are learning how to use these tools.  

I've used the rental property analysis tool quite a bit.  

Although FB may be a useful tool for some newbies, I thought it would be important to explore all avenues and get some insight from people who have hands on experience and no partiality to FB.  

Also ..... don't leave your tools at the job site and then won't get stolen.

You know our brokerage has lots of tools for us investor/agents and learning from the largest flipper in Massachusetts is a big plus! 

For those of you who flips or do a rental turnover that the renovation may last a while - let's say longer then 3 months - during such time the property will be vacant and you may have expensive tools laying around, as well as materials and appliances being stored at various stages of the process, what do you do to secure and keep an eye on the property during that time?

Although i have gotten response from direct mail, skip tracing phone numbers using a wide range of skip tracing tools has allowed me to call owners directly.

I like to do a lot of my own work on properties, so I have a bunch of power tools and such in the garage.
