The underlying structure and plumbing seem good, but pretty much everything else needs replacement (flooring, tub-surrounds/tile, vanities, and toilets). 

I’d love to offset or avoid paying any unnecessary taxes but I’ve yet to hear a method of doing so (if you’re actually making money).

I am struggling with how to calculate school tax and property tax when I am analyzing properties and am not sure if there is a preferred method in figuring this out?
