Ryan, while I perfectly understand the need for sellers to save money by selling on their own, I don’t believe they should be entitled to post on the MLS.

And since you’re just looking for data entry, perfect language and social skills don’t matter.I haven’t used them myself yet, but I hear good things about OnlineJobs.phSupposedly they have one of the best values.

Once the job was completed the "owner" indicated that the pavement was going to be perfect by the next day.

It is perfectly legal and suitable for framing.

I am thinking of trying to get a triplex at my next location but with the possibility of moving I am perfectly fine with getting a property that is a few hours away from me and using a property manager. 

Now, it seems a little steep but understanding that they can be bought out in 5 years with my company having the right to purchase first is perfectly fine to get this deal under way IMHO.My question is as follows, the individual lending the money is going through a company that I will leave off of this post for privacy reasons but I want to ensure that I am not about to work with a group of individuals who might not have the proper funding in place.

These are much newer buildings and everything is perfect in them with no renovations or repairs necessary.  

Several nice towns in the Greater Lowell area, but you will pay a lot more for a similar place and only get marginally more rent, but your appreciation potential is much greater and your tenants will be higher quality generally (Though my Lowell ones have pretty much all been perfectly fine sans one sh*t stain early on).If that is your area of focus there are some meetings up that way.
