As a military guy who has been stationed overseas I know how hard it can be to have rental houses to manage while out of the country.  

In some cases (for example, say you buy a house, then get transferred a few years later and keep the original house as a rental), you can use your remaining entitlement for the purchase of a second primary residence (i.e. at your new duty station). 

I am currently in the military stationed in California and soon will be transitioning out around the holidays and looking forward to taking advantage of my VA Home Loan benefits.

This would be southwest quadrant, but also very close to police station, train station as well as main and Cookman.
