I am an investor, one of the few in Florida, who has conducted numerous pro se quiet title actions.

We are currently holding some funds for another national turnkey outfit but really like what these guys are selling.  

The list also is missing the # 1 area in the nation in my mind.

Some small island nations decided to be direct and called their trusts "asset protection trusts" and that name has caught on.

Note that I am not a tax expert...this is just what I was told to do by some of the nation's top entity structurers.

I recall a recent post where Memphis had one of the highest vacancy rates in the nation.

She called the fire department 3 times refused movers again....I have run into this problem numerous times after acquiring a property (she was a resident we inherited). 

First issue is the very next day, the previous tenants call by complaining about how they were treated, particularly that they did not get their deposits back and the landlord was snooping through their stuff while they were at work.Second issue is the landlord controls the AC and heat and despite numerous requests, refuses to turn on/up the heat when it gets cold.

Habitat For Humanity for example buys homes for rehab as well, at least that is in their national scope of housing activities, not just new construction.

Yet I have read numerous posts from landlords who do not provide refrigerators and other appliances.
