Thanks for the reply Brett.I am currently working on Filing my articles of organization, my marketing startegies,  my website,and looking at which companies to use for a VA and call center.Im also looking to assist a local wholesaler by bringing them my first deals to help me analyze the deals and split the profit.Ive heard that wholesaling in the suburbs of NYC may be more productive than the city itself.Do you have any knowledge of the NYC market and surrounding areas?

We're focused on City of Pittsburgh and first ring suburbs.My experience in real estate has all been personal so far, including doing a 2-year long gut renovation of my current house, and being on the board of a nonprofit community organization that works on housing issues and works with local developers (nearly 10 years).
