The former owner of this property advised me to not let tenants park in the driveway because they might break the concrete, so I followed her lease.

Besides they already have the tenant's SSN and they didn't use any information that were not given to them previously by the tenant so no big deal.Sounds pretty shady to me personally, and ill advised.

My game plan is to start conservatively, single houses/duplex buy and hold, then move into BRRRR and Fix&Flip.The BiggerPockets community is absolutely amazing from warm welcomes to free flowing savvy advises backed with years of expertise.

I would advise against trying to be the jack of all trades.

Generally, tax professionals advise if you hold that long, your chances of qualifying as long term are good.

A CPA knowledgeable in gift tax can advise you on this matter.

Most importantly, I built a solid team to advise me correctly on my deals and I also built relationships with investors who are way smarter than I am.

I am looking for additional experienced advise in this matter.
