Zillow has it's moments for sure, but that 'Zestimate' is often about as accurate as the actual spelling of 'estimate'

The best I can do at the moment is absorb as much Information as I can, with that being said can anyone recommend any books I can read that can teach me a thing or two and if you have any advice, feel free to share them!

@Roland Brown not at the moment. the home we bought here in McKinney is our primary residence and wouldn't make much sense as a rental, especially with the HOA fees (something we rarely experienced in CA).
