In most States if you buy the taxes from the county/state for 3 yrs. the property is yours.Caution!!!

Can’t stand watching it all dissolve and market still strong in sonoma county so I’ve are putting our personal residence of 27 yrs on the market.

I have been using Jason Rios for 2 yrs now.

i know i want to get involved with real estate,i just bought my first house at 62 yrs old in las vegas,im a truck driver,would like to get another house as a rental

@EricJames  if my VF is 1500 and equity after expenses is 80k we have 5 yrs CF-really like your formula BTW-so there is not much point in selling.

There are some houses that are 100 yrs old and in great shape, and some houses that are 30 yrs old and in terrible shape.I would rely on the analysis and the home inspection.

This is the 2nd group that I'm apart of that is centered around REI so I'm looking forward to diving in with such a diverse group of people.My REI goals over the next 5 yrs are to secure buy and hold properties. 

Also not sure how that would impact taxes and need to hire a CPA to prepare for this yrs taxes.  

You'll never know it all, as I'm still learning and I'm in the business over 30 yrs.
