Hi Everyone! Thanks to Dwayne Powell for telling me about BiggerPockets. Here's a little intro: I have been serving in the USAF for 15 years now. I have owned two homes. Both have had no vacancies after I had to relocate. One, I was able to sell to the tenants and the other currently has tenants. I've always wanted to get into real estate, at first as an agent, but I knew that my interest was more towards REI. This is the 2nd group that I'm apart of that is centered around REI so I'm looking forward to diving in with such a diverse group of people.

My REI goals over the next 5 yrs are to secure buy and hold properties. I want to flip and am interested in wholesales but due to my lifestyle, it would be better for me to do buy and holds.
